How much does shipping cost?

All of our rings come with free tracked shipping to anywhere in the UK.

How long will I wait for my ring?

Our rings are made to order and so you should allow 2-8 weeks, although we work hard to ship as quickly as possible.
Ring sizers are sent within two working days.

How do I know which size to order?

All of our ring orders come with the option of purchasing a ring sizer. Alongside each ring sizer, we include an information card with instructions on how to size your finger correctly.

What if I order the wrong size?

If your ring arrives and does not fit, we allow for one exchange of the same ring in a different size free of charge.
Please note that as our rings are made to order the turnaround could be 2-8 weeks from the receipt of your returned ring. Again, we work hard to ensure this wait time is as low as possible.

What is your returns policy?

For exchanges, we ask that all rings are sent in the ring pouch provided and in a padded envelope. You can keep the ring box, and we will send the new size back to you.
We will cover the cost of one exchange and will email a return label for you to print.

For returns, we require the ring and the ring box. We suggest that these are sent back in the packaging that they came in. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage.

For both exchanges and returns, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us.
All rings and ring boxes must be returned to us in resalable condition. They are your responsibility and we ask that you take care in how they are posted.
