Shipping policy

Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know that your order is on the way. This email refers to the ring sizer that we send you first so that we can correctly size and make your ring. When we receive your correct ring size, we will begin production of your ring and let you know when it is ready to ship.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-8 weeks. Unless we have a ring that we have made already and is ready to ship. If this is the case, we will contact you first to make sure that you are happy to have a ring that has already been made rather than a made to order ring.  

We will ship your ring to you using a standard service which will usually state a 3-5 working day delivery window. If you do require a quicker delivery, Saturday delivery or any other special circumstances regarding delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.
