Warranty

We are confident in our products and how much we put into them and hope that it lasts a lifetime but if something does go wrong, we want you to know you’re covered. That’s why we offer a 1 year warranty on all our rings purchased at Made Fierce. This will cover any manufacturing defects in the material/s used and workmanship.

We offer one replacement like for like. To start your warranty claim, email us at hello@madefierce.co.uk with your order number, photos and a detailed description of the fault and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Examples of instances in which the warranty wouldn’t apply:

Treatment of the ring outside of or non-compliance with our care guide advice.

Obvious misuse and lack of care.

Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions.

Repeated exposure to cosmetics, cleaning products, hand sanitizer and swimming pools.

Loss and theft.

Water damage to wooden rings.

We are reasonable people, though, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have an issue and we will work to come to a solution. We know that your ring is special and we don’t want you to be without. For situations like weight gain/loss we can offer a replacement ring at a discounted cost. We know that life happens; illness, pregnancies or just hard work at the gym can affect your ring size and we don’t want any of those to be reasons you can't wear what you purchased!

However; if we do suspect that you are making a false claim for gain or are attempting to abuse the warranty, then we have the right to refuse your claim or request the ring be sent to us for inspection before further steps are taken.
